My background in film and storytelling didn’t just teach me how to frame a shot; it trained my creative muscle to notice the small details that others miss – the patterns, and the inconsistencies.
Making Work Feel Lighter
Work doesn’t usually feel heavy because it’s hard but it feels heavy when it’s unclear. For me, that heaviness shows up most when I’m doing something for the first time and the process isn’t fully formed in my head yet. I know what needs to be done, but not the order, the starting point, or what ‘done’ actually looks like.
The Tools Are Not The Work
In the world of online business, we often treat software like a magic cure. We chase the newest SaaS, the latest AI integration, or the most robust platform, believing the tool itself will solve our deepest problems.
