Welcome.
I’m Sheila. I’ve been a scriptwriter, video producer, content strategist, creative operator, and now a systems and automation specialist. Across different mediums, the thread is the same:
I design clarity.

What I Work On
A selection of current work across automation, writing, and creative projects, grounded in how I think and design systems.

Automation Consultancy
I create automation workflows and systems for small operators using n8n, GHL, make.com, Zapier, and other integrations.

Writing + Reflection
I write notes on automation, systems, creative work, life, and meaning. My influences include stoicism, zen, and deep thinking.

Studio Work
I share selected projects from my past work in film, writing, content strategy, and creative operations — the work that shaped how I think today.
I started in film and documentary work, spent 13 years shaping narratives for global audiences, and eventually realized the same instincts for structure and clarity apply to systems. Today I build workflows that remove friction for small businesses and write about the ideas that shape my work.

The Creative Discipline of Paying Attention

My background in film and storytelling didn’t just teach me how to frame a shot; it trained my creative muscle to notice the small details that others miss – the patterns, and the inconsistencies.
Making Work Feel Lighter
Work doesn’t usually feel heavy because it’s hard but it feels heavy when it’s unclear. For me, that heaviness shows up most when I’m doing something for the first time and the process isn’t fully formed in my head yet. I know what needs to be done, but not the order, the starting point, or what ‘done’ actually looks like.
The Tools Are Not The Work
In the world of online business, we often treat software like a magic cure. We chase the newest SaaS, the latest AI integration, or the most robust platform, believing the tool itself will solve our deepest problems.
